Patterns to Presence is a guided self-inquiry program. Your trust matters deeply to us, and we take the privacy of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, and living situation. This helps Sabrina understand your context and personalize the program to your needs.
During intake, we ask breathwork safety screening questions about conditions such as pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, and other relevant health factors. This information is collected solely to ensure your safety during breathwork exercises in the program.
Your written reflections throughout the program are stored securely. Only your assigned guide(s) can read your journal entries to provide personalized responses. We never share this content with anyone else.
When you select text for reflection, your selections are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized reflections. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. These interactions are not stored by Anthropic beyond the immediate request.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of your payment status.
