Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 17, 2026

Patterns to Presence is a guided self-inquiry program. Your trust matters deeply to us, and we take the privacy of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, and living situation. This helps Sabrina understand your context and personalize the program to your needs.

Health-related information

During intake, we ask breathwork safety screening questions about conditions such as pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, and other relevant health factors. This information is collected solely to ensure your safety during breathwork exercises in the program.

Journal entries

Your written reflections throughout the program are stored securely. Only your assigned guide(s) can read your journal entries to provide personalized responses. We never share this content with anyone else.

AI-generated reflections

When you select text for reflection, your selections are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized reflections. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. These interactions are not stored by Anthropic beyond the immediate request.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of your payment status.

Usage data

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site. This includes page views and general usage patterns. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individual users across sites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and personalize your program experience
  • Allow Sabrina to read and respond to your journal entries
  • Screen for breathwork safety considerations
  • Generate AI-powered reflections based on your selected text
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send program-related emails (session responses, booking confirmations)
  • Improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following services to run the platform:

  • Supabase for authentication and database storage (hosted in the US). Your data is encrypted at rest.
  • Stripe for payment processing. They handle all card data directly.
  • Resend for sending program-related emails (guide responses, booking confirmations, payment receipts).
  • Anthropic Claude API for generating personalized reflections from your selected text. Your data is not used to train their models.
  • Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused analytics.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the platform as described above.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest through Supabase. Access to your journal entries is restricted to your assigned guide(s) through row-level security policies. We regularly review our security practices to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and journal entries are retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us and we will process your request promptly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Withdraw from the program at any time

To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us through the website.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.

8. Children

This program is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
